If you no longer have the email attached to your LinkedIn account and are having troubles logging into the account please follow the steps below. We're here to help!
Please click here then enter the email address that you know is on your LinkedIn account.
After you enter the email click “Send”
A new page will load asking you if you want to “Resend Link” or “I don’t have access to this email”. Please click “I don’t have access to this email”.
You will then need to enter your recovery email that you DO HAVE ACCESS TO and is not already attached to a LinkedIn account. You may need to enter this address twice. Once you fill out the two boxes please scroll down and click “Continue”
Upload the images of your ID to your computer - For a state ID or license you will need to take a photo of the front and the back of the license. First you will have the option to choose the passport, State ID, or license. Please choose the best option for you. You will see that you have three options now to submit an ID.
Click the two boxes, one at time, labeled “Front picture” and “Back picture”.
Then click “Send” and you should hear back from them in 24 hours.
