Start by checking your data usage. You can do this online by visiting your account or on the myMetro app. This will let you know how much high-speed 4G LTE data was used for your current pay cycle. Usually, your phone would run slower if you went over the allotted amount, even though you have unlimited data. For your phone to run faster, you can purchase more data to top it up or you can get more 4G LTE data by upgrading your plan.
