If you previously marked Mojang emails as spam, you may not receive emails from them.
5. Your Email Account Was Closed
If your email account was previously closed, you may not receive the password reset email. You may request it to be sent again.
6. If You Migrated to Your Mojang Account Using a Different Email Address
If you previously logged into your account with a username, you may be asked to use your email address if that fails, you may need to contact the customer support team for help. If your account was migrated to a different email address, you may request them to change it back to your original. With a transaction ID, you can change the email address to something different.
If You Forgot Your Username but Remember Your Email Address
If you remember your email address but not your username, there is no need to worry. Your username will appear in-game and on your account page.
