While we haven't spent enough time writing useful manuals on how to solve MyPoints customer care issues, it is something that we often do for larger companies. GetHuman has no affiliation whatsoever with MyPoints, let alone a partnership in which GetHuman would write guides on behalf of another institution. Rather, GetHuman has been helping customers solve their support problems for over a decade and this is one of many ways we try to provide helpful information. Over the course of those years, many millions of customers, including those of MyPoints have come to our website to report a problem.
