Netflix is a streaming service that allows members to watch movies and TV shows on a device. To get started, you'll need to create an account first, sign up for a plan and add a payment method. You can also use a gift card to watch films or shows on Netflix.
Netflix gift cards may not be reloaded, but they also never expire. If you already have a current subscription and want to use a gift card for watching movies, wait until your subscription ends and get a Netflix gift card to continue watching movies.
The gift cards are available in various stores online or at physical stores. Go to the gift cards page on Netflix to see a list of stores in your country. Pick a store and follow the on-screen instructions on how to purchase a Netflix gift card.
After purchasing the gift card, follow the steps below to redeem the gift card and add it to your account:
1. Scratch off the foil found on the back of the card or get the code in your email if you have a digital gift card. You can also find the code on your receipt.
2. Go to the gift cards page on Netflix and navigate to Redeem a Gift Card.
3. Enter the code and click Redeem.
4. Log in to your account or create an account with Netflix. Go to Billing Details if you want to check the balance on your gift card.
Netflix will notify you seven days before your balance runs out, and you can either add another gift card to your account or sign up for a Netflix package to continue watching movies on Netflix. If you have questions about your gift cards, please contact Customer Support.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
