  5. Print out the shipping label you are emailed.
  6. Pack up the item to be returned along with proof of purchase.
  7. Attach the shipping label.
  8. Mail the item.

You will receive your refund from 5 to 7 days after Nordstrom's receives the item.

Making the Return with Curbside Pickup

To make your return with contactless curbside pickup, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Nordstrom's home page.
