Unfortunately, all sales of Oculus Rifts are final. That being said, if your item arrived damaged, there is something that you can do. You can open a support ticket with the company by opening this link and reporting the issue to the company. Make sure you have your order number and the serial number of your Rift so they can look it up in there system.
