Oculus Rift: How do I return a defective item?

A simple 3 step guide for solving this common Oculus Rift problem quickly and effectively by GetHuman

Before you get started, be sure you have: Name on the account, Billing address
Unfortunately, all sales of Oculus Rifts are final. That being said, if your item arrived damaged, there is something that you can do. You can open a support ticket with the company by opening this link and reporting the issue to the company. Make sure you have your order number and the serial number of your Rift so they can look it up in there system. When you are ready to submit your ticket to them, click this link to do so https://tickets.oculus.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
From the drop down menu, select "I would like to cancel and refund my Oculus purchase"
Then enter your information and message and select your product and press Submit.
