The most efficient way to check the gift card balance on your Postmates gift card is to apply the card to your account immediately when you receive it, or to apply the card when making a purchase. The steps for both are listed below.

Applying Balance to Account

You can apply the gift card to your overall account balance by doing the steps below:

  1. Open Postmates on your computer or mobile device and log into your account.
  2. Go to your profile menu and click "Wallet."
  3. Find the box labeled "Uber Cash" and click the "Gift Card" button.
  4. Enter the gift card code and click "Apply."

Once you add a gift card to your account, it will be used as the default method of payment until the balance reaches zero. You can review your account balance by logging in at any time going into your profile and clicking "Wallet."

Learning Balance at Checkout

You can also find out how much is on your Postmates gift card at checkout by doing the following:
