How do I check the status of my Quicken order?

Go to www.quicken.com.

Click "Sign In" at the top and then click on "My Account".

Enter your User Name and Password and then click Sign In. If you can't remember your username or password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot username or password?"

Click on "Order Status" on the left.

To look up your order, enter your last name, phone number, and credit card number you used to make the purchase; or, Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and zip code.

Click on "Get Status". You order status will be displayed.
