Roblox is a gaming platform popular with children and young people. This platform has numerous games that people can play once they log in. Gamers also have the option of purchasing Roblox money which is referred to as Robux. However, there are other gaming products and passes that can be purchased on the site as well. Customers who have problems with any of their purchases can contact Roblox customer service for help.
Roblox Refund Process
If you discover Roblox charges for things that you never purchased, simply call Roblox customer service. You should contact customer service before you dispute the charges on your credit card bill because Roblox can assist with refunding any charges that were made in error. However, when you call customer service, make sure you detail the date of the charges, the last four digits of your credit card, the PayPal account email if applicable, and the Roblox username. If you're disputing credit card charges you should also provide the billing name on the card. If you don't have access to the Roblox username you can provide the payment information and let customer service know that you dont have the username.
Charges from a Mobile Store
Another important piece of information is related to mobile store purchases. Roblox can still make refunds for items purchased form some mobile stores. However, customers will need to let customer service know that their purchases were made through a mobile vendor. Also, customers will need to list all charges by date, list the mobile vendor, and the Roblox username if they have it. Google play purchases will need to include the order number as well.
Can Robux be Refunded?
Currently, there is no way to receive a refund for Robux that have been deleted or used to make a purchase. If there was an error in the way Robux was used you may be eligible for a refund. However, you would need to contact Roblox customer service and provide details regarding your problem or issue with Robux.
What About Other Merchant Refunds?
It should also be noted that Roblox can't refund charges made through iTunes, Amazon, or Microsoft. Customers will have to contact those vendors directly or contact their credit card company or PayPal. Contacting these vendors directly and following their refund process may result in a refund. As a last resort, you can always dispute the charges through your credit card vendor or PayPal, depending on how you paid.
Other Refund Details...
It should also be noted that requests for refunds must be submitted within forty-five days of purchase. Plus, Roblox game cards can't be refunded for cash. Instead, a refund will be issued as virtual currency or Roblox gift card codes. However, for the most part, Roblox sales are final and used or deleted Robux can't be refunded.
