Republic Services is one of the leading recycling and non-hazardous solid waste disposal company in the United States. The company serves about 14 million customers across the country. If Republic Services did not pick up your waste, you can report it and get help. Before contacting Republic Services to report your missed pickup, ensure that you meet the following requirements;

1. You may report your missed pick up after 6 p.m. on the collection day

2. If you have yard waste, it should be 12 bags or less. If it is bundled up, it may be up to 50 pounds and four feet in length

3. You must have placed the materials at the curb for collection by 6 a.m.

4. If you need help collecting bulk items, you must make a special request. You may request a bulk pickup on the phone

5. Your garbage must be placed in the blue garbage cart provided by Republic Services. Do not try to fit anything on top of the cart. Your garbage must fit in the cart with the lid closed

6. You must place your blue garbage cart away from obstructions

7. Recycling items must be sorted in bins; one bin for plastics, tin, and aluminum, and another one for paper and cardboard.

8. Republic Services does not collect hazardous materials, demolition debris, loose material, or construction debris at the curb

1. Your name

2. The street address where your waste was supposed to be picked

3. Your phone number and email address

4. The type of service you missed

5. The date of a missed pickup

If you wish to have a return pickup, ensure that the material is at the curb and ready for pickup. It should be away from obstructions.
