How do I add my monthly minutes to my Safelink phone?

A simple 5 step guide for solving this common SafeLink problem quickly and effectively by GetHuman

Before you get started, be sure you have: Email, Password, Credit Card, CVV, Billing Address, Name, Expiration Date of Card, Phone number
If you know your username and password, there's a way to easily add minutes to your plan online. Once you are ready to add minutes to your SafeLink plan, open this link.
On the top menu, where it says Refill, hover your mouse over that option, then select Refill
Next you will have two options - you can add minutes with a card that you already have by entering your phone number and service plan PIN, then click "Add airtime"
If you don't currently have a plan, you will need to buy one. You can luckily do that on this page as well. If you enter your number on the right and then click "View plans".
On the next screen you can select the plan you wish to use for your phone, then you can repeat the steps where you enter your phone number and PIN to add the minutes to your phone. Let us know if this helps!
