How Do I Request a Refund to a Gift Card from Sephora?

You can request a refund for a product you purchased with a Sephora gift online. Log in to your Sephora account and click on My Account. Click Order History. Go to the Gift Card tab in your account, log in, and click on Request a Refund next. Select the product(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions. Enter your email address, PIN and reason for return. Click Submit Return Request.

5. Confirm and Submit the Order

To confirm that you wish to request a refund for this purchase, click Yes to proceed with your request or No if you change your mind while filling out this form. If you select Yes, you will find a confirmation page showing that Sephora has submitted your refund request.
