Before you try to edit your Shutterfly order, you need to find out whether it is possible to edit your order. Unfortunately, you cannot edit an order, but it is possible to cancel and resubmit your order.
Shutterfly offers a 30-minute window after order placement, which allows customers to cancel their order without charge. Therefore, if it has been more than 30 minutes since you placed your order, you will be unable to cancel it and will need to request a return and refund after delivery.
It is also important to note that any promotional offers used to place your order will be restored to your account after cancelation.
If your order was placed 30 minutes ago or less, you should be able to cancel it before any money is taken from your account.
