How do I cancel my Sling TV account?

If you no longer need your Sling TV, you are at liberty to cancel your subscription. Whether you are looking for a different cable alternative or simply don't need the subscription for the next month, the process of cancelling your account is simple. You simply need to follow these steps;

1. Go to Sling's TV website ( on your phone or computer. You can log in to the site through any browser.

2. Sign in to your Sling TV account

Sign in to your account. If you are can't remember your password, you can always recover it through the Forgot your Password? link. There is a small person icon at the top of the screen. If you click on it, you will find all the relevant information about your account.

3. Click on the option Cancel Subscription

This option will bring you the message cancel subscription. Click on it again.

4. Answer the Questions

Once you choose the option to cancel your subscription, you will see a few questions. They will try to find out why you want to cancel. The information makes it possible for them to make improvements.

5. Complete the Process

After answering the questions, go to the bottom of the page and answer the question 'How likely are you to return? And click continue.

6. Verification

Enter your Sling TV password to verify the process
