Slingbox: My remote does not work on the start-up screen

Before you get started, be sure you have: Email address on the account, Password

On the back of your Slingbox, press the small button labeled "Reset" . (Press and release it quickly). This should turn it off and back on quickly.

If that doesn't work, launch Setup on Slingbox.com.

Click "Get Started"

Log into your account then select your device from the list

Click Configure Inputs.

Select the input that your device is connected to, then follow the instructions to reselect the make and model of your video device and that should help pair your remote with your device.
