The returned item must be in its original condition, and also be in its original packaging together with any accessories, manuals, and tags that came with it. If you are returning contact lenses, the box must be unopened. The original shipping costs cannot be refunded. You will have to pay the return shipping costs as well. Making the Return

To return your purchase to SmartBuyGlasses, just follow these instructions:

  2. Locate the order ID. It will be 2 letters followed by 10 numbers.
  3. Copy the order ID.
  4. Go to the SmartBuyGlasses website.
  5. Sign in to your account.
  6. Hover the cursor over the 100 Day Returns link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. A drop-down list will appear.
  7. Click on the More Info link in the list.
  8. Scroll down until you see the Return Request Form.
  9. Enter the order ID in the upper text field.
  10. Enter the email address you used to make the order in the lower text field.
  11. Click on the Get Started button.
  12. Follow any further instructions you are given.

After receiving your request, SmartBuyGlasses will send you the Return Merchandise Authorization number and an address to ship the returned item to, as well as additional instructions for shipping.
