In the "Subject" line of the email, write "Refund Request"
In the description box, enter the information we gathered in the first step to make your case for the refund. Include the flight date and times, and the reason that Spirit charged you incorrectly and, and that for a resolution you would like a refund.
Type in your first and last name under the description box
If you have a copy of your credit card bill that shows this charge, attach it to the email as evidence
Click "Submit" and you are done!
