Before you get started, be sure you have: Email, Password
You will need to open the Spotify app then go to "Settings" then "Delete cache and saved Data".
For an Android: Go to Settings then applications, click Spotify and click "Clear data", "Clear cache" and "Force stop".
After "Delete Internal Storage" go to the Android then data and click "" folder If exists.
Uninstall Spotify App then install the Spotify app again.
Select a playlist which has few songs and make it offline then check internal storage, go to Android then "data".
Make sure that is not a "" folder. You should be all set then.
