How Do I Switch My Sprint Account to Be Paperless?

If you sign up for Sprint eBill, you will no longer receive your bill by mail. Instead, it will be sent to you online. The paperless option is not only convenient but also good for the environment. At the end of every month, Sprint will send you a notification to view your bill. You get to see your bill details up to 24 months back.

You can only enroll to eBill online after registering for My Sprint and setting up a profile as the account owner. Follow these steps to enroll in eBill:

  1. Go to the Sprint paperless website and sign in
  2. Choose email or text delivery depending on your preference
  3. Confirm that the phone number and email address you provided are correct
  4. Click ‘Save' to complete the process

There are five access levels on My Sprint, and they all have different features.

1. Account Owner

This option gives you access to every critical feature. You can pay your bills and monitor your usage. You can also perform the following tasks:

i). adding, updating, or revoking access to your account

ii). Changing your plan

iii). adding a phone number

iv). Allowing or blocking data, texting, or voice calls

v). viewing your usage

vi). Posting to the community forum

vii). Checking when to upgrade

viii). Accessing online service tools

2. Community Profile

If you are a community profile user, you can access the Sprint Community forum and post on it.

3. Account Authorized

This access level allows you to access almost as many privileges as Account Owners. However, you cannot change your billing address or customer name. The account Authorized option does not allow you to see a security answer or account PIN. You must get the permission of the Account Owner to be added as an Authorized User.

4. Device User

If you are a Device User, your access is limited. You only need your email address and phone number to register for this access level. It allows you to access the following features:

  • Seeing your usage
  • Posting to the Sprint Community forum
  • Accessing online service tools
  • Checking when you can upgrade

If an Account Owner is already present on your account, you may request them for permission to access other features.

5. Department Level Access

Department level access levels are accounts of a business account. The users operate under their hierarchy and can only manage part of the account. The sub-account users cannot make any changes that impact revenue to the account unless they have the permission from the Account Owner. Sub account users can access service and product tools. They can view billed and unbilled usage on devices.
