Sign in to My Sprint with your username and password at sprint.com
Click on the "My preferences" tab.
Click on the "Tell us about your device" link.
You will see the "My device" page. There are 4 options on this page:
-No, thanks. Keep it the way I have it.
-Yes, take this device off completely.
-Yes, I want to see another device from my account.
-Yes, I want to see a new device.
Click the option you want to either delete a device or add a device to your account.
