Cancellation Policy

The first step in canceling your St. Louis Post-Dispatch subscription and avoiding paying extra fees is following the terms of its "Auto-Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy." The policy states:

  1. If you have registered your subscription with EZ Pay or with ACH (debit banking), you will continue to be billed unless you have completed the cancellation process.
  2. When your current subscription reaches its last day, your plan will automatically renew under the same subscription plan you initially purchased unless you canceled your renewal more than 21 days to the renewal date.
  3. If you have a valid credit or debit card on file, it will be charged for the renewal as much as 14 days prior to the start of the new subscription to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. By canceling your plan prior to your cancellation date (the date 21 days or more from your renewal date), you can avoid the automatic renewal.
  4. Your subscription rate can change at any time at your next renewal period, so if you have not canceled on or before your cancellation date, you could be charged a great fee.
  5. You cannot cancel your subscription online or via snail mail.
