While we haven't spent enough time writing useful manuals on how to solve SteelSeries customer care issues, it is something that we often do for larger companies. GetHuman has no affiliation whatsoever with SteelSeries, let alone a partnership in which GetHuman would write guides on behalf of another institution. Rather, GetHuman has been helping customers solve their support problems for over a decade and this is one of many ways we try to provide helpful information.
