Before you get started, be sure you have: Email address on the account, Account PIN/Password
You can easily make this change by logging in online, and not having to call them or go into a store. Once you have your username and password, you should be ready to get to work on this. To deactivate your auto refill you can login to your account
There you should see a box that says Auto-Refill
Click Cancel, then confirm that you wish to cancel the Auto-Refill and you will now be forced to refill your phone manually.
