How do I transfer my number and minutes to a new Straight Talk phone?

A simple 3 step guide for solving this common Straight Talk problem quickly and effectively by GetHuman

Before you get started, be sure you have: Phone number on the account, Email address on the account, Account PIN/Password, Pin/Password on the account
To upgrade, go to and select the radio button "Activate or reactivate my phone with a number transferred from another Straight Talk phone".
Click on "Continue" then please sign in to your account to complete this process. Your transfer may take up to 24 hours.
Upon completing the upgrade, any balance on your old Straight Talk phone will be removed and transferred automatically to your new Straight Talk phone.
