T-Mobile: How do I cancel my service?

A simple 3 step guide for solving this common T-Mobile problem quickly and effectively by GetHuman

Hi the only way to cancel your service is by calling them. They do this because they are going to try to keep you as a customer by transferring you to the retention center. Once they transfer you they are going to try to offer you a better deal than what you are currently receiving. Just make sure you tell them that you wish to cancel. You should also know that you may be subject to a cancellation fee or you may be responsible for some remaining charges on your account. Make sure to have a copy of your bill before you call so that you see how much time and money is left on your account.
