How do I exchange my T-Mobile phone?

Before you get started, be sure you have: Original packaging, Receipt, Email address on the account, Password, Name on the account, Billing address
There are several things that you can do. If it's within 30 days of your original purchase, you can take the phone back to the store and initiate an exahcnage there.
If you purchased the phone through a third party retailer, you will need to exchange the phone with them.

If it's a tablet, netbook and notebook a $75 restocking fee will apply
