Ensure Your Purchase is Eligible for Return

Luckily, the Cyber Monday sale returns policy falls under the same policy as regular Gap purchases. However, there are still some restrictions.

All items bought from Gap are liable to a 45-day returns policy. This means, if your item was purchased over 45 days ago, it is not eligible for a return.

Furthermore, due to health and safety protocols, items with hygiene stickers must still have their hygiene sticker in place in order to be eligible for a return. Items with hygiene stickers include underwear, swimwear, and jewelry.

Begin The Mail Returns Process

To return a product vial mail, you need to find your prepaid shipping label that you received with your order.
