If you do not have any connectivity, switch from wireless to Ethernet. If you then have a connection, the problem is with your wireless connection.
Check to See if Anyone Else has Reported It First
To save yourself a potentially long wait on hold, you should first check to see if anyone else has reported the problem, so you don't have to.
