  2. Sign into your account.
  3. Click the Contact Us link.
  4. Click the Get Help link under the Device Support header.
  5. Click the link to your brand of phone.
  6. Read over the various options and see if there is anything that could be causing your problem. If you find something, follow the instructions for fixing the problem. If you do not find anything then you can proceed to the next step.

Check to See if Anyone Else has Reported the Problem Already

To avoid a long wait on hold with customer service, you can check to see if the problem has already been reported. If a problem in your area has not been reported, you can contact Spectrum Mobile to report it yourself.
