The first step is to go online and navigate to the TruConnect website homepage.
Once you are on the TruConnect website, find the 'Refill My Account' tab, which can be found in the main navigation bar. Click on the 'Refill My Account' option to be transferred to the sign-in page.
The next step is to log into your account. On the 'Refill My Account' page, locate the 'Already Have an Account?' hyperlink, which you will find under the gray 'Sign Up' button. Select 'Already Have an Account?'
