Before you get started, be sure you have: Order number, Billing address, Account phone number, Tracking number
You can track your package online. Just go to this link and enter your tracking number or InfoNotice number on the left
If you don't know your tracking number, you will need to contact the retailer where you purchased your package. They sent you an email when your package shipped and you should be able to find the tracking number there.
