- Select the "ACH Transfers" widget on the computer or "Send an ACH Payment" on the app.
- Click or tap the blue text that reads "Send Payment."
- Fill out the form that opens on the screen, including the payee's deposit account information.
- Click or tap "Continue."
- You will be prompted to add an optional memo to the transfer if you wish. For example, you can add a memo that reads "supplies" or "childcare services."
- Add the amount of money you are sending and click or tap "Continue."
- Carefully review the information entered to make sure it is correct. If changes are needed, click or tap "Edit" and make the necessary corrections, then hit "Continue."
- Read the terms and conditions of ACH transfers and check the box stating you have read and agreed to those terms.
- Hit "Submit."
- You will receive a one-time code via email or text. Enter this code in the area marked "Verification Field" to complete the ACH transfer.
- An approval email will be sent to you, and you must complete the approval before 8 p.m. Central Time for same-day payments or within three business days for regular payments. If more than one person is on the account, an approval email will be sent to each person. This will require a secondary approval before the funds will be sent.
