The first thing you will need to do is Delete the Uber app completely and start fresh.
Open the Uber app and sign back in to your account on the Uber app with your username and password
Try to scan your card again. This time, make sure to hold your hand very still, and make sure that you have placed the credit card down on a table or a very stable surface. Hold the phone steady to make sure that it gets a clear image of your credit card details.

Under Payment Methods, enter your credit card information and click save.
