Uber: Why does my account say disabled?

You have not updated your phone 4. You called Uber too many times and cancelled 5. There is a network outage 6. A driver reports you as inappropriate and did not follow passenger guidelines 7.
You need to update your profile or email If you are a driver: 1. You were rated low via star ratings (if you fall below 4.6) 2. You have not given your account information 3. You have been inactive for more than 30 days 4. There is a network outage 5. A passenger reports you as inappropriate and did not driver safe 6.
You need to update your background or car info Options to fix this problem: 1. Delete the app and re-download it
2. Restart your phone
3. Update the app and your phone
4. Email support@uber.com
To re-enable your account, you will need to email to support@uber.com with: 1. Copy of your photo ID in the same name as your account
2. Photo of the credit card on your account with only the last four digits and your full name showing
