If you have an institutional account, follow these instructions to reset your password:
- Go to the Vanguard Forgot Username or Password page for institutional accounts.
- If you forgot your username as well as your password, you need to recover it before you can recover your password. If you have not forgotten it, skip to step 8.
- Select "I forgot my username."
- Click on the Continue button.
- Enter the requested information.
- Answer the security questions.
