HI you can login to your account to begin the activation process. Use this link to do so -
Next, select the line you want to activate the device on
Click "Yes" to let them know you have used a device previously on this line and pick the device from the drop down
They will need to send you a code to the device you are trying to activate, choose the device where you would like the code sent.
Click "Text me the code"
Once they text you the code, enter it onto the page, then click "Confirm"
On the next screen enter your SIM card number when prompted
