If You are on the Supertab

You can upgrade your phone when you pay off your Virgin Mobile Super Tab balance. Follow these steps to upgrade;

  1. Check your existing balance. Go to the Supertab main menu on the ‘My Account app
  2. Go to the Virgin Mobile Store when you are ready for your new phone and you will get it right away

When you get your new phone, you need to switch over to a two-year agreement.

If you Are a Prepaid Member

Prepaid members can upgrade their Virgin Mobile phones at any time. You simply need to pay the full retail price of a new phone. To save some money, visit a Virgin Mobile Store and do a credit check. You may be eligible to move a two-year agreement. You will get a new phone at a discounted price.

Upgrading a Virgin Mobile Account Early

You can upgrade your Virgin Mobile account even if you are still under contract. Pay your outstanding contract balance in full or use the value of your phone to pay off the remaining balance.
