Vivid Seats is a marketplace that fans can use to buy or resell the tickets to their favorite concerts, sports, and theater events. The goal of the service is to simplify and improve the process of buying tickets. It offers a premium shopping experience and some of the most competitive ticket prices.

When you place your order on Vivid Seats, you will receive an email to confirm that your tickets are ready. On the email, click the red link to see and print out your tickets. The link will take you to the order in your Vivid Seats account. Click on the option 'Download Tickets' and your PDF files will start downloading.

If you run into any problems, try to save the attached PDF ticket file to your desktop. Open the file and click 'Print.

If all this does not work, check and ensure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader.

How Long Does It Take to Get Your Payment?

You should receive your payment in seven to ten business days. Typically, your payments are sent as soon as the system recognizes that the ticket has been delivered to your buyer. If an event is more than 100 days from the date you sell it, you will get payment about 90 days from the date of the event.

How to Find and Select Tickets

On the home page, you can find a search box under the banner for upcoming events. Select the box and enter the name of the team, venue, and performer you are interested in. Click 'Enter' on your keyboard.

If you want to update the region, tap on the location pin close to the search box.

You will find a list of events displayed with upcoming events close to your location at the top. The events will be displayed in chronological order.

When you find the event you are looking for, click 'Tickets.' You will be directed to a page that displays all available listings for the event.

How are Tickets Delivered to Your Site?

Your tickets may be delivered in any of the following ways;

If the name on your ticket is that of the original purchaser, you can still get into the event with no problems. All tickets are completely transferable. Your name does not need to match the one on the ticket. When you arrive at the venue of the event, the bar code on your ticket will be scanned and you can enter.

Vivid Seats monitors all orders to make sure that every customer has their ticket on the day of the event. If you need help retrieving your order, you may seek help from the support team.

The best way to contact Vivid Seats is on the phone. The customer service team is professional, friendly, and helpful. Explain the problem you are experiencing and you will get help in a few minutes.
