To cancel your Vonage via telephone, simply call customer support here and request your services to end. Online Cancellation
To cancel your Vonage online, follow the steps listed below.
- Open the Vonage website in your browser.
- Log into your account.
- Select "Profile" at the top of the page.
- Scroll through your account details in your profile.
- In the "Help" section of your account, choose "Cancel Account."
- Enter the required information in the form that opens on the screen.
- Review and accept the information and terms.
- Select the date you wish the cancellation to go into effect.
- Submit your request. Your service will end on the date you selected.
