Walmart Return Policy
Walmart's standard return policy states that goods purchased on Walmart.com can be returned to either a store or by mail unless otherwise stated. Items must be returned in their original packaging so it is advised to retain your delivery's packaging for up to 90 days after receiving the item.
On the other hand, different Walmart departments have different return policies. You should adhere to every department's return policy. If the return policy is not clear, you can follow the standard policy.
Books, movies, music and video games purchased from Walmart.com should be returned within 90 days of purchase. The item must be unused, unopened and unmarked. Refurbished video game hardware should be returned within 15 days of receiving it.
Clothes, shoes and accessories should be returned within 90 days of receipt. The items can either be refunded or replaced.
Electronics bought on Walmart.com must also be returned within 90 days of purchase. However, there are some exceptions. 3D printers, printing supplies and products should be returned within 30 days. Computer hardware, printers (except 3D printers), camcorders, digital cameras, GPS units, digital music players, tablets, portable video players, drones, pre-paid cell phones, smartwatches and activity trackers should be returned within 15 days. Post paid cell phones must be returned within 14 days.
Sales of firearms including ammunition, pepper spray, air guns and BB guns are considered final and items cannot be returned.
Food should also be returned within 90 days if not perishable.
Funeral products, health and beauty products, home & garden products, jewelry & watches, photos, tires, toys and sports & fitness equipment must also all be returned within 90 days of purchase.
Gift cards bought from Walmart.com are not returnable.
