The processing of the replacement should take 2-3 weeks so you should allow that time before contacting Walmart about the order. Your refund or replacement should arrive after the time period has elapsed.

If you return an order with missing items, Walmart will do their best to replace the order. However, if the item is not in stock, they will offer you a refund instead.
