If you purchased an item at Wayfair and it hasn't arrived yet, log in to your account and track your order. On the Track Your Package page, you can set up notifications to get real-time updates about the status of your order.
The items on the Wayfair website include Shipping & Returns information including the estimated delivery date for the product. If it's way past the estimated arrival date and you still did not receive the items, do the steps below:
1. Log in to your account and check whether the shipping address is correct. You can find this under Deliver To on the My Orders page.
2. Check with your neighbors or building staff as the boxes may have been left someplace in your absence.
3. Wait for six more days. In some cases, carriers make a mistake in scanning packages and it takes time to remedy the problem.
4. Check your mailbox to see if the item can fit inside it.
5. Check for any messages about attempted delivery. It may contain information on how to receive your package.
6. Contact the Carrier and use the tracking number.
If you've taken all the steps above and you still haven't received your package, the next step is to contact Wayfair Customer Support. You can either call Wayfair or email them about your concern. For phone support, you can contact them from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. until midnight and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. EST.
When the items finally arrived but are damaged or defective, there is an option to return the defective item within 30 days from the delivery date. If you received the wrong item, make sure to contact Customer Support within 30 days from the delivery date. They can provide you with information on how to return the wrong item.
In cases where you no longer need the items because they arrived late, you have the option to return them to Wayfair. You can get a full refund less shipping fees for eligible items when returned within 30 days from delivery.
Eligible items must be undamaged, disassembled, and still in their original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, use a similar-sized box no longer than 108 inches.
You can track items delivered via FedEx or UPS online. Just go to the My Orders page, select the item you wish to return, complete the form and check the confirmation email containing the shipping label. You can either drop the item at the nearest FedEx location or schedule a pickup.
