Wayfair's refund policy is a fairly lenient one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can get a refund if you return it within 30 days of the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Your shipping costs on the returned items will not be refunded. You can receive your refund as a store credit applied to your Wayfair account or as money refunded by the payment method you used for purchase. Store credit refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receipt of the returned item. Other refunds will take 3 to 5 days for processing. Clearance items, items that were purchased with gift cards, personalized items, items that were purchased as part of a discount bundle, and any item marked 'Non-Returnable' are not eligible for refunds.

Wayfair will arrange for your item or items to be picked up by a courier from FedEx, UPS, or the Post Office, arranged through the Parcel Money courier tool.
