Canceling a Wish Order On the App

  1. Open the app, and log into your account.

  2. You will be asked to log in with your email address and password. Alternatively, you can sign in with your Facebook account or your Google account.

  3. Once you're logged in, in the top right corner of the app there are three straight lines. Select 'Order History' from the drop-down menu that appears.

  4. You will be redirected to a page with all of your orders. Below the item you wish to cancel, select 'Contact Support.'

  5. Next, select 'I want to cancel my order.'

  6. This only works for items that have not shipped yet. According to Wish, most items ship within eight hours of an order being placed, so that is your typical window to cancel an order.

  7. There are no cancellation charges.

  10. This time, use the virtual chat function to request a refund.
