Wish allows you to return your items except for the Excluded Items. You can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Some of the excluded items include software and hygiene products whose seals are broken. Once you return your items, you can get a refund. You are required to pay for the costs of return shipping unless the delivered item is defective. You are allowed to cancel your purchase within eight hours.

Return of Funds
Once you receive your returned item, you will receive a reimbursement of your funds. Wish will give you back the amount you spend on the purchase. You will, however, not receive compensation for your shipping fees and any extra fees that you may incur for expedited or special shipping. Your compensation will be through the original payment method unless you choose an alternative such as Wish Cash.
Returning an Item When You Have a Shipping Label
The process of returning an item which has a shipping label is simple. All you need to do is follow the following steps.
Wish will send your refund as soon as they receive the package back. Every item you purchase will have a unique shipping label. If you want to return more than one item, you must follow the process for each one of the items.
Cancelling an Order
You can always cancel your order within eight hours of purchase. Go to your order history, click on Contact Support and cancel the order. Once your order has been cancelled, no charges will occur. If, however, Wish has already processed the order, then the Return Policy will cover you.
Checking the Status of Your Refund
Your order History allows you to keep track of your refund. If you choose to receive your refund through Wish Cash, then the credit will immediately be credited to your Wish account. It will, therefore, be available in your account when you need to make another purchase. Refunds through your original method of payment should take a minimum of five and a maximum of ten business days. If you do not get your refund within that period, then contact your bank for help.
What If My Card is Lost, Canceled or Expired?
Unfortunately, Wish can only send your refund to the card with which you made your original payments. If you are unable to use the card, contact your card issuer for help. It is impossible to offer a refund to a different card or account. Wish has the right to deny you a refund if suspects a violation of their return policy. It may also limit refunds and support for buyers who abuse their services.
Once you cancel your purchase on Wish, you can expect to get a refund in five to ten business days depending on your type of payment. The refund will automatically reflect on your account. Do not panic if your refund does not appear in your account immediately. It may take some time. If you are using your credit card for payments, the original charge is likely to drop from your statement. You may, therefore, fail to see a refund in your account.
