Wizz Air allows you to make changes to your flight and buy any additional services that you may need. You may make changes to your reservation even after you have checked in online. If you buy Priority Boarding or change your Seat Selection, you need to print a new boarding card. You may also visit the check-in desk and ask for help. Remember to carry your old boarding card. An agent will give you a sticker that has details of your changes.

Other changes that you can make to your flight include; flight dates, passenger names, flight time, and destination. You can change your flight online or through the call center up three or fewer hours before the scheduled departure time. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add other passengers to our reservation.

The cost of changing a flight may be between €40.00 to €30.00 per passenger per flight. The amount you pay depends on the number of days left until departure time.

If the applicable taxes or available fare are below the cost of your new flight, you may only get a refund for the difference that results from lower taxes.

If you request your Flight change through Wizz Air Call Center, you will be charged a Call Center Transaction Fee.

You can change your name online up to three hours before the time of departure. You must pay a name change fee for every leg of your flight. You can change your name free of charge online under the following conditions;

1. If there are a maximum of three characters that you wish to be changed

2. If you want to change the gender title of the name on your booking

3. If you want to extend an abbreviated name to a full one

You are only allowed to make one name change correction in your booking.

Canceling Your Reservation

If you bought a Wizz Flex or Plus Fare service, you may cancel your reservation. You are allowed to cancel your flight up to three hours before the departure time. You will receive a refund for your ticket in your Wizz account.

The purchase price of the Wizz Flex service is deducted from your full purchase price. You do not get a refund for it. If you request a refund to your Wizz account, all the flights in your reservation become invalid.

Once your refund is sent to your account, you may access it within three months. You may use it to buy other Wizz Air services. If your canceled reservation included the purchase of a WIZZ Discount Club or Privilege Pass membership, you do not qualify for a refund.

You cannot get a refund for the addition of Wizz Flex in any bookings you make.

Wizz Flex doesn't apply to services that you bought from third-party connections with the flight you want to cancel.

Canceling Your Reservation Up to 14 Days Before Your Flight

You can cancel your reservation and receive a refund up to 14 days before the departure date of your flight. The cancellation fee is €60.00.

Canceling Your Reservation Within 14 Days of Your Flight

If you cancel your reservation within 14 days before your flight, you may be eligible for a full refund. You must pay a Seat Protection fee of €80.00.

If you need help changing your flight time, date, or route, you may contact the Call Center for help. You do not need to pay a Transaction Fee.
