YouTube: How do I appeal a ban?

A simple 3 step guide for solving this common YouTube problem quickly and effectively by GetHuman

Before you get started, be sure you have: Email address on the account, Name on the account
If your account was banned, there could be several reasons why this happened. Some of those reasons are Repeated violations of the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, a single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behavior or spam), accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc). Luckily you don't need to be a mind reader to figure out why you were banned. When you were banned, YouTube sent you an email explaining the reasoning behind your ban.
If you wish to appeal the ban, you can do so by filling out this form and submitting it to the company
Enter your information and submit it to the company. They will email you acknowledging the reciept and will let you know when the decision has been made.
