The 30-Day Return Policy
Zagg gives you a 30-day money-back guarantee. To qualify for the policy, you must have bought your item directly from Zagg or an authorized Zagg-branded Retail Outlet. You must return the item to its original place of purchase with the proof of purchase. Zagg allows you to replace the item with no extra charge. You may also exchange the product with another one of equal value or request a refund.
When you return an item because it is damaged, you may get a replacement at no extra charge. You may also get a product of equal value or a refund.
Zagg warranties cover your Zagg, iFrogz, and InvisibleShield-branded products. The warranties are only available to the original end-user.
If you wish to request a replacement under a warranty policy, register your product and provide Zagg with your proof of purchase and credit card number. If you are covered by the warranty, you may return your item and get a replacement.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty
Under this warranty policy, Zagg warrants your products against wear and damage for the entire lifetime of your device. When you return the item to Zagg, they may give you a replacement of the product or exchange it with a different one of equal value. The type of help you receive is at the sole discretion of Zagg. You must provide your valid credit card number. You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges. If you don't return your product with 60 days, your credit card account will be charged for the full price of the replacement product.
The One-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
With this warranty policy, Zagg warrants your products against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for one year from the date you purchase it.
The warranty does not cover you against damage from normal wear and tear. To claim the warranty, you must register your product with Zagg and provide both your credit card number and proof of purchase. Return the item to Zagg and clam your warranty.
If they find your claim to be valid, Zagg may either replace your product or exchange it with another one of equal value. If your product is replaced, the replacement product will assume the remaining warranty of your original product or 90 days from the replacement date. (Whichever is greater.)
If you do not return the product within 60 days, your credit card will be charged for the full retail price of the replacement product. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
The best way to contact Zagg is on the phone. When you are connected with a support agent, explain the problem you are experiencing and the type of help you hope to receive. Be polite and patient as you may need to call them a few times before getting the help you need. If you are unable to get help from one representative, call again and you may be connected to a more helpful one. Zagg does not offer support on their social media sites, the help desk, or email. The only way to get help is by speaking with a representative.
