Invalid or Inactive Tracking Number
In some instances, you may find that the shipping method you selected is not traceable. Some tracking numbers may be inactive until the delivery drivers pick up the packages. The initial tracking information may fail to show up until the package arrives at the main sorting facility. If your tracking number appears to be inactive or invalid, wait a few hours and try again.
Use your Order Status or Shipping Confirmation email to find out when the package was scheduled to leave the production facility. If it was queued for shipment after the regular shipping times or during the weekend, it will be picked up for shipment on the next business day.

The estimated delivery time is calculated starting from the first day in transit.
If your order shows as canceled and you don't know why, check your email account. Zazzle always sends you an email account with details of why your order was canceled.
