If you have placed an order on Zazzle, you can track it until it gets to you. Log into your Zazzle account and click on the option 'Order History.' Click on the button 'Track Package' to check on your package's progress if your package seems to be taking longer than expected, contact customer support for help.
On the shipping deadlines page, you can see different products and the appropriate shipping methods. Check the listed time on the product page to determine how long it may take for your product to be produced. Click on the link 'Shipping options' on the product page to get a delivery estimate. Generally, the following estimates apply:
1. Quantities of 50 or more pieces are regarded as 'High Volume Orders.' They may take up to three more business days than what is listed
2. The estimates change based on the shipping method you chose at checkout. The duration may not be included in the manufacturing turnaround time
3. Orders for 100 or more units on necklace, ornament, or premium keychain style requires up to seven business days to manufacture
4. You may need up to two more business days for stitch file digitization
Invalid or Inactive Tracking Number
In some instances, you may find that the shipping method you selected is not traceable. Some tracking numbers may be inactive until the delivery drivers pick up the packages. The initial tracking information may fail to show up until the package arrives at the main sorting facility. If your tracking number appears to be inactive or invalid, wait a few hours and try again.
Use your Order Status or Shipping Confirmation email to find out when the package was scheduled to leave the production facility. If it was queued for shipment after the regular shipping times or during the weekend, it will be picked up for shipment on the next business day.
Zazzle and its couriers consider the normal business days to be Monday through Friday. This does not include scheduled interruptions and holidays. The official first day in transit is the business day after the pickup of the package.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Zazzle in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day.
